"“It would seem this cafe has now shut down”Really nice coffee and cake. A much wider range available if needed. Staff very helpful and cafe was nice and clean. Plenty of care had been taken at the counter to help with food hygiene."

"We had a wonderful experience at Monicafe, the food we ordered, jacket potato with cheese and beans was delicious, the side salad accompaniment was crisp and fresh with a lovely coleslaw and mustard vinaigrette. The staff were amazingly helpful and super friendly also, they offered us a mug of tea, yes! I did say a mug! Sheer bliss! A mug anyday for me and my good lady. We also, enjoyed a delicious slice of coffee and walnut cake to follow but the extensive patisserie choice was to be hold. Certainly spoilt for choice. Would we recommend Monicafe, yes definitely call in and enjoy what's on offer."

"Been here before for lunch and this time we went for their meal deal which includes Quiche, salad, a jacket potato,coleslaw and tea or coffee and any of the cakes apart from apple pie and Dorset apple cake. We sat outside with our dog. Good value at £15."
